Epicurean Auckland: Cafe Abyssinia
Amelia Nurse visits Bebeta, the sole cook in New Zealand's only Ethiopian restaurant for an introduction to the flavours of that cuisine. Then she joins forces with Spectrum's David Steemson to experience a full Ethiopean meal (served by Bebeta's husband Kagnew) which is eaten with the hands with the aid of a type of bread called injera.
