It was a strong start at the canoeing for the Kiwi Olymic team. Lisa Carrington stormed through to the semifinals of the K1 200ms and the K2 500, along with team mate Caitlin Regal. As Caitlin prepares to go for gold this afternoon our reporter in Tokyo, Clay Wilson asked her how she is preparing, what her own goals are and what is it like to be the "other canoeist".
