Facebook whistleblower testifies on social media harms

Billions of users of Facebook - and it's other entities, WhatsApp and Instagram went offline for most of the morning. And if being offline wasn't enough, founder Mark Zuckerberg lost around 8 billion dollars as the share price fell during the outage.
