AK hospitality pivoting business to keep afloat

It would be an understatement to say that these past few months have been tough for the hospitality industry. The latest Covid restrictions mean many are reporting greater than 50 per cent reductions in the number of customers coming through the doors, and for some, it's proving an impossible situation. Other business owners have pivoted and are making drastic changes to how they do things in order to keep the money flowing through the tills. One of them is Chand Sahrawat who co-owns the French Cafe and Cassia in Auckland.
