Second Covid-19 booster rolled out for at risk populations
A second Covid-19 booster will be available to anyone aged over 50 today as well as any health, aged-care and disability workers over the age of 30. But is it Covid-19 or the flu back from a 2 year pandemic-hiatus wreaking havoc and causing our hospitals to be inundated? From Friday, free flu vaccines will be extended to include 800,000 more New Zealanders including children aged between 3 and 12, people with serious mental health or addiction needs and all Maori and Pacific people aged 55 to 64.
