Sepuloni: authorities working fast to help cyclone victims

Extra police are being sent into Hawke's Bay to support victims of Cyclone Gabrielle, some of whom say they're being targetted by criminals. The government and police initially played down concerns of a crime spike in cyclone-hit areas, and Prime Minister Chris Hipkins was dismissive of reports road workers had guns being pulled on them. He later apologised for his comments, saying he received incorrect intel from police. Joining Nathan Rarere is the Deputy Prime Minister Carmel Sepuloni.
