Fruit and Vege Report with Glenn Forsyth

Joining the programme from the fresh produce markets is THE Minister of Fruit and Veggies, Glenn Forsyth. Fruit of the Week: NZ Meyer Lemons. Spicy Piccolo Pieces Ingredients · 700g bag of Piccolos Medley · 2 teaspoons Olive Oil Rub Ingredients · 1 tablespoon onion powder · 2 teaspoon lemon pepper · 2 teaspoons paprika · 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes · 1 teaspoon salt · 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin Directions 1. For the rub, combine all ingredients in a glass jar, close the lid and shake to blend. Store the rub at room temperature. 2. Cut the potatoes into halves or thirds and place in a bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle with Spud Rub. Toss to coat. (you won't need to use all the rub) 3. Roast in a fan oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden
