Hard copies of video games pre-2010 difficult to find

If you're looking to buy a classic video game that was released before 2010, you'll need a lot more than good luck. That's because 87 percent of these are critically endangered according to a major study into the US video game market. In fact you're more likely to find an American silent film, than a hard copy of a pre-2010 video game. And gaming historians aren't very pleased about it. One of them is Professor Melanie Swalwell, from the Swinburne Centre for Transformative Media Nathan Rarere asked her what the study is all about.
