Appeal over supermarket alcohol trading hours

To the beautiful Bay of Plenty - where some of the region's dusty rural roads will be sealed this summer, reversing a decision to pause the programme to keep rates down. But first - local democracy reporter Diane McCarthy says one of the big local supermarkets is appealing the local alcohol policy that limits trading hours for liquor outlets.
