The 200-page report of the Welfare Expert Advisory Group has just been released, and it contains 42 recommendations for changes to social security.  In its report, the group said the welfare system was "no longer fit for purpose and needs fundamental change".  We get a reaction from The Child Poverty Action Group's Social Security Spokesperson, Associate Professor Mike O'Brien, and Judge Andrew Becroft, the Children's Commissioner.
