How to solve the problem of inexperienced rental drivers?

Queenstown Lakes District Mayor Jim Boult wants a solution to the challenges of inexperienced rental vehicle drivers, and he's asking locals to help by meeting with representatives of the rental car industry, police and other agencies at a special forum.
