Air New Zealand says sorry
Air New Zealand is apologizing to customers who haven't been able to access credits for flights cancelled because of Covid-19. It's the first time the airline has spoken after backlash about its handling of non-refundable airfares, which are estimated to be worth tens of millions of dollars.
