Teenagers worried about the cost of getting to the ball now have a helping hand, in the form of two modern-day fairy godmothers. Courtney McAlister, from Greymouth, spoke to teens in the town who said they weren't going to the ball because they couldn't afford an outfit. She set up a page asking people to donate ball dresses - and that's when Auckland's Lina Shin got involved. Lina joins the show to explain how the Modern Day Fairy Godmothers are helping teens across the country get ready for and enjoy their school ball.
