Merepeka Raukawa Tait is a former Chief Executive of New Zealand Women's Refuge and Hospice West Auckland. She was a business owner, a long serving member of the Lakes District Council and the Rotorua District Council. Julian Wilcox talks to her about leadership because it's an area in which she feels Aotearoa has been ill served in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
