Peter Gordon's Matariki menu

Kai is integral to the celebration of Matariki and one of Aotearoa's most famous chefs, Peter Gordon, has been preparing Matariki feasts for decades. In 2009 he was at Turangawaewae marae in Ngaruawahia to prepare a hakari for King Tuheitia and hundreds of guests - something he repeated the following year. In more recent times he's teamed up with fellow chefs in places like Otautahi and this year, in Taupo, was no different.
