Yesterday, Victoria declared a "state of disaster," allowing police greater powers to help enforce the tightened restrictions as the state tries to force down worrying community transmission rates of Covid-19.
The Victorian Government will today announce what businesses will be required to shut down, and will impose severe restrictions on others.
