Only 40% of iso, quarantine staff tested before Covid-19 outbreak

Only 40-percent of staff working in managed isolation and quarantine facilities were tested prior to last week's Covid-19 community outbreak in Auckland. This comes after a maintenance worker at one of the isolation facilities tested positive for Covid-19 yesterday. RNZ political reporter Jo Moir speaks to Māni Dunlop.
