New Zealand's border workers will begin being vaccinated against Covid-19 from next Saturday, with the first batch of immunisations arriving in the country within a week.
The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine has been approved by authorities for use here, and its arrival comes earlier than initially anticipated.
Border workers are the first priority, and teams will go into their workplaces to deliver the vaccine.
Meriana Johnsen spoke to RNZ's Health Correspondent, Rowan Quinn, about the details.
