Critics of the government's Covid-19 vaccine rollout are concerned some of the country's most vulnerable may get lost in the system, as the final group four joins the programme from next week.
Only one in five of those in the more at-risk group three - those over 65, or with underlying health conditions - have received their first dose of the vaccine - while just 12 percent are fully inoculated.
