A cafe and a campsite in Gisborne are being criticised for not using vaccine passes, saying it will put the community - which has the lowest vaccination rates in the country - at risk.
Far East Coffee and Tatapouri Bay Campsite are adapting their businesses so they are available to unvaccinated people.
RNZ has contacted the two establishments for comment.
The president of the Gisborne Chamber of Commerce Belinda MacKay told Māni Dunlop she was disappointed by the move.
