The protest at Parliament has been added to the Health Ministry's list of Covid-19 locations of interest, with the dates covering most of the weekend.
Hundreds of demonstrators are still camped on parliament grounds and surrounding streets though, 17 days after the protest began.
Frustration over the occupation is growing, prompting the formation of a new group opposing the disruptive demonstration, Aotearoa Stronger Together.
