Hero of Chch mosque attack recognised in Bravery Awards

Hussein Al-Umari was posthumously awarded one of just three Bravery Stars for confronting the gunman during the 2019 Al Noor Mosque massacre - saving the lives of other worshippers but losing his life in the process. Hussein's sister Aya Al-Umari spoke to Tuwhenuaroa Natanahira.
