Ngai Tahu redirects resources to help after Kaikoura quake

Ngai Tahu leader Sir Mark Solomon says hundreds have been through through Takahanga Marae in Kaikoura since the quake. He says there is food for people gathered there, but water and sewerage is a big concern.
