Fiji backs new mobile app that critics say is complete con

A new mobile app hailed by Fiji's government as a 'multi-billion dollar venture' is being described as nothing more than a con by critics. "Instacharge" supposedly allows a user to recharge their phone's battery at the push of a button. But a week after its launch in Fiji, there's no sign the app's gone any further than its creator's phone.
