'I'm that person' - Judith Collins vies for National leadership

Judith Collins has announced her candidacy for the leadership of the National Party. "I'm announcing my candidacy for Leader of the NZ National Party," she said on Twitter. "We're going to need strong & decisive leadership if we're going to win in 2020. I'm that person." She tells Guyon Espiner: "I intend to be here for the ballot. I'm not messing around. Not tiddly-winks. This is the toughest game in town... Opposition is entirely different from govt. We need the strongest, most decisive leader."
