Van hits pedestrians in Toronto, driver arrested

Nine people have been confirmed dead and at least 16 injured after a van ploughed into pedestrians at speed on a Toronto street. NZ reporter Laura McQuillan is in Toronto and joins Susie Ferguson to describe the scene.
