North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has said he will invite foreign experts and media into his country to witness the disarming of the country's nuclear facilities. The decommissioning is set to begin in about three-to-four weeks, the same time as when U.S President Donald Trump has signalled he will travel to North Korea for long-awaited talks with Kim Jong-un.
