Mycoplasma bovis eradication cost questioned

The Government says it will cost almost one billion dollars to eradicate mycoplasma bovis. And yet there is no guarantee the plan will succeed. Peter Fraser is an agricultural economist who questions the price tag. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
