Te Mata Peak zig zag track dispute heads to court

The dispute over Craggy Range Vineyards building a zig-zag track across Te Mata Peak in Hawke's Bay is going to court. The Environmental Defence Society is arguing the Hastings District Council's decision to approve the track was unlawful and it is seeking an order from the High Court for the track's removal. Gary Taylor is the Environmental Defence Society's chief executive. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
