Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says petrol consumers are being "fleeced" at the pump and she will push through law changes to investigate rising prices. She tells Guyon Espiner a law change allowing the Commerce Commission to investigate petrol companies will help to find out why the pre-tax cost of petrol in New Zealand has gone up 19 cents in 2018.
