Twelve killed in California shooting - update

At least 12 people have been killed, including a police officer, after a gunman fired into a crowd at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California. Ventura County Sheriff Geoff Dean say the suspect, who has been identified as 28-year-old Ian David Long, was found dead inside. They have not yet confirmed any motive behind the attack.
