Canada's ambassador to China fired

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has fired the country's ambassador to China, John McCallum. It follows controversial comments he made about an extradition case involving a senior executive from the Chinese telecommunications company Huawei. The removal of Mr McCallum comes in the middle of an ongoing diplomatic crisis with China.
