Dwindling construction driving Christchurch builders bust

A Christchurch builder says some companies are being forced to cut their margins to the point where they're not making any money. Carl Taylor, who chairs the Combined Building Supplies Co-operative in Christchurch, says rebuild work is tapering off and smaller builders are struggling to find jobs.
