The Transport Agency is under attack for trying to stop companies being able to certify vehicles they have imported or sold.
One of the country's largest vehicle certifiers is infuriated over the clamp down on a potential conflict of interest arguing their work is policed and NZTA has no evidence of wrongdoing.
