England beat NZ to win Cricket World Cup

England are world cricket champions.

Six overthrows off Ben Stokes bat and a catch that ended up a six when Trent Bolt stood on the boundary rope have cost New Zealand a World Cup victory.

It resulted in a 241 all draw at the end of England's innnings.

It was 15-15 in the super over, with England winning because they hit more boundaries in the match.
