Big hopes: Record number of candidates for Dunedin mayoralty

A record number of candidates have put their name forward to contest for Dunedin's mayoralty. Fourteen hope to fill the void left by three-term incumbent Dave Cull who is stepping aside. RNZ's Timothy Brown reports.
