All Blacks prop Atu Moli on being selected for Rugby World Cup

From Morning Report, 6:19 am on 30 August 2019

One of the surprise picks in the All Blacks Rugby World Cup squad was young prop Atu Moli, and he has extra reason to be feeling proud about his selection. The Chiefs player sat out the whole of last year's Super Rugby competition with a horrific leg injury that threatened to end a professional career that had only just begun. Unable to be with his Blenheim based family - Moli watched the selection announcement in Hamilton at the home of Chiefs High Performance staff member and his "home-stay mum" Lynne Sanson. He told Clay Wilson had had a few laughs as he tried to calm his nerves in the lead-up to the big reveal.
