We need bold actions not fancy speeches on climate, says UN
The United Nations secretary general has asked world leaders to announce bold actions rather than make fancy speeches at the Climate Action Summit in New York tomorrow. António Gutteres has asked that as well as committing to net-zero emissions by 2050, countries should reduce subsidies for fossil fuels and stop building new coal-fired power stations. Corin Dann spoke to Jennifer Morgan the executive director of Greenpeace.
