A campaigner against winter grazing has been vindicated by a top-level investigation.
Angus Robson led protests against the farming practice that keeps cattle in muddy, confined paddocks. He was invited to be part of the Agriculture Minister's taskforce.
The report says there have to changes such as making sure cows can lie on dry ground, have access to shelter, and continuous clean water and a balanced diet.
