A furious Kiwibank customer wants to know why he was sent someone else's statement and what has happened to his.
Dave Lesperance got a nasty surprise when he got an email yesterday that was supposed to be his bank statement.
He's not the only one, RNZ has seen an emailed apology to another customer who got a statement with three months of transactions that aren't hers.
In the email Kiwibank says they are investigating and have notified the Privacy Commissioner.
Lesperance told News Editor Mary Wilson what happened.
The bank has been approached for comment.
