A woman who has fought for years to get her granddaughter back to school is angry the teenager has now missed nearly three years of education.
She says the Education Ministry and Oranga Tamariki are failing the girl because they are not doing enough to get her back to class.
The woman's family contacted RNZ after we reported on lengthy waits to re-enrol some children in school.
