Trans-Tasman bubble: South Island ski fields hoping for Australian influx

South Island ski fields are hoping for a blizzard of Australiains as the travel bubble cautiously reopens this week.

Quarantine-free travel from Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT resumed last night.

Travel from New South Wales, the Northern Territories, Queensland and Western Australia will remain paused until midnight on Tuesday.
