Tauranga port workers caught up in the latest Covid-19 scare at the Port of Tauranga are feeling lucky - so far - with 11 negative tests so far, and none positive.
Health officials are scrambling to determine the risk to the public after more than 90 stevedores worked on a ship carrying crew later found to be infected with the virus.
The general secretary at the Rail and Maritime Transport Union Wayne Butson says he's relieved about the negative tests but he's also angry about what happened.
