Police have charged a second man with the murder of Christchurch teenager, Connor Whitehead.
The 16-year-old was shot and killed at a party in the suburb of Casebrook on Friday night. His father, James Whitehead, yesterday read an emotional statement, where he pleaded for a fifth person being sought by police to hand themself in.
He said he and his wife Cheryl had not only lost their son, but a friend as well.
