A Covid-19 modeller says Aotearoa could see much lower infection numbers than previously forecast.
Rodney Jones says his latest modelling suggests a peak of about 10,000 daily cases and about 500 deaths over a year.
It's based on the assumption people keep getting boosted, and measures like home isolation continue to be successful at halting the spread.
He spoke to Corin Dann.
Jones is planning to make the modelling software available online. He said it will be available on Github later this week.
