Phil Goff on National Party call to scrap regional fuel tax

National Party leader Christopher Luxon wants to scrap Auckland's regional fuel tax, and instead wants to explore congestion charging.

Auckland Mayor Phil Goff has in the past called the tax "unwelcome but nescessary".
