Some Qantas passengers are furious at being forced to spend a night at Christchurch airport after their Wellington bound flight was diverted there because the plane arrived past Wellington airport's 1am curfew.
Passengers were left stranded at the terminal in the early hours of the morning with no hotel vouchers and no shops open.
Ilze Brunette and her husband were on that flight with their three children aged six, three and one.
She told Susie Ferguson about her experience.
