The captain of the national women's cricket team, the White Ferns, is hailing a new pay agreement announced yesterday which sees equal match payments for women and men.

White Ferns captain Sophie Devine was one of the player's representatives during pay discussions, and says it's a massive step forward.
She spoke to Corin Dann.
