Universities and others are hoping the lucrative foreign student market will bounce back once visa processing at Immigration New Zealand has resumed.
Victoria University Deputy Vice-Chancellor Blair McRae has been overseas promoting his institution.
He told RNZ education correspondent, John Gerritsen, enrolments could be back to pre-pandemic levels by 2024 and he was hoping they will grow beyond that.
