Former New Zealand Rugby chief executive David Moffett says a press conference held yesterday by the organisation's current head, Mark Robinson, was bizarre.
Robinson told media Ian Foster's coaching future would be announced later this week, but was scarce on further details, repeatedly apologising to journalists for not divulging any information.
Moffett says he expected, after the win over South Africa, that Foster would stay on in the job until at least the end of the Rugby Championship.
